The Carli CS-FORDBBL-11 Stainless Steel Extended Brake Lines are built for 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 4x4 trucks running a Carli 2.5" or 4.5" suspension system. As lift height and wheel travel increase, factory-length brake lines can be stretched at full droop - these extended lines are sized specifically to accommodate that added travel cleanly.

Constructed with a stainless steel outer layer, Kevlar braid reinforcement, and a Teflon inner core, they virtually eliminate hose expansion under pressure for a firmer, more consistent pedal feel. Pressure tested to 4,500 PSI and D.O.T. MVSS-106 compliant, they're a direct fit for Super Duty owners running Carli's 2.5" or 4.5" systems who want reliable braking performance to match their suspension's increased travel.
