The Carli CS-FEX-BBL Stainless Steel Extended Brake Lines are built for 2000-2005 Ford Excursion 4x4 trucks running a Carli 4.5" suspension system. As lift height and wheel travel increase, factory-length brake lines can become a limiting factor or risk strain at full droop - these extended lines are sized specifically to accommodate that added travel.

Constructed with a stainless steel outer layer, Kevlar braid reinforcement, and a Teflon inner core, they virtually eliminate hose expansion under pressure for a firmer, more consistent pedal feel. Pressure tested to 4,500 PSI and D.O.T.
