The Brian Crower BC1070 Valve Spring is engineered for high RPM performance applications in 1996-2000 Honda Civic models equipped with the D16Y8 or D16Z6 SOHC engines. This single coil spring is wound from high-grade chrome silicone alloy by PAC Racing, ensuring consistent spring pressures and durability under demanding conditions.

With a free length of 2.231" and a seat pressure of 58 lbs at 1.975", the BC1070 is designed to handle increased valve lift and extended RPM ranges. The open pressure of 154 lbs at 1.500" and a coil bind height of 1.320" provide the necessary support for performance camshaft profiles without the need for additional machining.
