The Brian Crower BC0042-2 Stage 2 Camshafts are purpose-built for Hondas and Acuras powered by K-Series engines, offering both naturally aspirated and high-boost performance. Machined from robust 8620 billet steel, these cams deliver an aggressive 304°/300° duration coupled with high valve lifts (.525"/.472") - ideal for builds reaching 11.5:1 compression or over 18 psi of boost. Every profile is prototype tested and CNC ground to maintain tight tolerances and exceptional throttle response.

Ideal for 2002-2011 RSX, Civic Si, Civic Type R, TSX, and early Civic models, the BC0042-2 enhances engine power while maintaining daily drivability. For safe and reliable installation, the BC0040 or BC0040S valvetrain kit is required. Additionally, if your cylinder heads are late-model (post-2004), you may need to upgrade to BC2940 keepers to ensure proper fitment due to revised keeper groove angles.
