The Brembo 09.B848.33 is a Prime line Dual Cast front brake rotor engineered as a direct OE replacement for select Mercedes-AMG models equipped with the factory 390mm front brake package. The Dual Cast design pairs a high-carbon cast iron braking surface with a lightweight aluminum hub hat, combining the heat management advantages of cast iron with significant weight savings over a traditional one-piece rotor. The cross-drilled and slotted braking surface promotes consistent pad bite and gas evacuation under heavy braking, while Brembo's patented Pillar Vented Technology increases internal airflow and improves crack resistance by over 40% compared to conventional vane designs. The environmentally friendly UV coating protects all non-friction surfaces -- including the hat, vanes, and inner bell -- from corrosion without the use of solvents. Each rotor is electronically balanced during production and machined to OE specifications for seamless compatibility with the factory braking system. ECE-R90 certified. For complete brake service, pair with the matching rear rotor Brembo 09.B879.11 and Brembo NAO/Ceramic or Low-Met brake pads. Sold individually; order quantity of 2 for a complete front pair.
