Product Description

The Brembo 09.A945.33 is a Prime series Dual Cast front brake rotor engineered specifically for high-output AMG applications -- covering the E63 AMG, CLS63 AMG, C63 AMG, and Mercedes-AMG GT platforms. The Dual Cast construction pairs a high carbon cast iron braking surface with a lighter aluminum hat, a configuration originally developed for OEM fitment on performance Mercedes platforms. This design reduces unsprung weight compared to a full cast iron rotor while retaining the thermal stability and noise-damping properties of high carbon iron under the sustained high-load braking demands of AMG powertrains.

The braking surface is finished with Brembo's solvent-free UV coating, protecting all non-contact surfaces from corrosion without compromising the friction interface. The rotor is internally ventilated for enhanced heat dissipation and carries ECE-R90 certification. A minimum thickness indicator is machined directly into the disc for easy service inspection. Sold individually -- two are required per vehicle for a front axle replacement. Backed by Brembo's 2-year warranty.
