The Borla 401338 Universal Resonator is designed to enhance your exhaust system by reducing excessive noise while maintaining free-flow performance. Its straight-through design and continuous-filament fiber (CFF) acoustic media provide sound control without creating significant backpressure. The reversible layout and compact 15" overall length make it ideal for custom exhaust builds, mid-pipes, or tweaks to performance systems where space is limited.

Constructed from durable T-304 stainless steel and featuring all-welded construction, this universal resonator can be welded into exhaust piping with a 2.75" diameter. The un-notched inlet/outlet necks simplify insertion into custom headers or mid-pipes, making it a versatile choice for custom exhaust projects or muffler-back systems. Note that this part does not bolt directly into specific OEM exhaust hangers - modification or welding will be required.
