Product Description

The Borla 400495 is a ProXS series universal performance muffler featuring a 2.25" center inlet and 2.25" center outlet in a compact oval case. Built from aircraft-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel with 100% welded construction, this muffler delivers rust-free durability and a loud, aggressive exhaust tone. The patented straight-through core design minimizes backpressure for improved exhaust flow, while high-temperature continuous-filament fiber (CFF) acoustic packing manages sound without restricting power. The reversible center/center configuration and notched neck ends provide maximum installation flexibility -- simply clamp on using 1" wide band clamps (Borla 18322, sold separately) with no welding required. The natural mill finish can be brushed or polished to match your preferred appearance. Ideal for custom exhaust builds on import and domestic cars and trucks running 2.25" exhaust piping. Made in the USA at Borla's manufacturing facility in Johnson City, Tennessee, and backed by Borla's Million-Mile warranty.
