Product Description

The Borla 40359 is a ProXS Series universal oval muffler with a 3" offset inlet and 3" center outlet, built for custom exhaust fabrication on any vehicle with a 3" exhaust system. The un-notched necks are designed for weld-in installation -- if clamping is preferred, wide 2-bolt style band clamps (sold separately) are required. The reversible design allows the muffler to be flipped end-for-end to accommodate different routing configurations without needing a separate part. Construction is 100% T-304 austenitic stainless steel -- the same alloy used in Borla's vehicle-specific exhaust systems -- with fully welded seams and high-temperature continuous-filament fiber (CFF) acoustic packing for sound control.
