Product Description

The Borla 140862BC Touring Cat-Back Exhaust System is purpose-built for the 2021-2025 Ford F-150 equipped with the 2.7L or 3.5L EcoBoost V6. Crafted from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel with 3 in. mandrel-bent tubing splitting into dual 2.25 in. outlets, this system improves exhaust flow over the factory single-outlet setup, unlocking gains in horsepower, torque, and throttle response. The upgrade also converts the F-150 from a single factory tailpipe to a clean dual split rear exit layout.

The Touring sound tuning delivers a confident, low-key exhaust note that's a noticeable step up from stock - refined and deep without any highway drone, making it an ideal choice for daily drivers who want improved performance and sound without an overly aggressive profile. Two black chrome 4 in. round tips finish each side cleanly. Installation is bolt-on using factory mounting points and hangers; owners with Crew Cab Standard Bed (157.2" WB) or Extended Cab Long Bed (164.1" WB) will need the appropriate optional Borla extension pipe, sold separately.
