Product Description

The Borla 140746 is an ATAK cat-back exhaust system for the 2018-2023 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L V8 without factory Active Valve Exhaust. ATAK -- Acoustically Tuned Applied Kinetics -- is Borla's loudest, most aggressive street exhaust tuning level, delivering maximum volume and a high-intensity exhaust character throughout the RPM range. The system features a merge X-Pipe for improved flow and sound, combined with Borla's patented Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology, which uses multiple pipe units of varying diameters and lengths to generate harmonizing exhaust notes -- producing a clean, full-bodied tone that feeds into the ATAK mufflers with no interior drone.

Built from T-304 austenitic stainless steel with ultra-smooth mandrel bends and CNC-precision manufacturing, the system is a direct bolt-on with no cutting or drilling. The included polished tips are dual round rolled angle-cut long units (4 in. x 8 in. inner / 4 in. x 9 in. outer) exiting in a dual split rear configuration. Optional upgrades include the Borla SwitchFire X-Pipe (60715), black chrome tip version (140746BC), and carbon fiber tip version (140746CF).
