Fitment Notes

• Fits 4-Door Crew Cab with Short Bed (6' 9") at 160" Wheelbase only. Does not fit Regular Cab Long Bed (8', 142" WB), Extended Cab, or any other wheelbase configuration without additional adapter pipes - see Borla PN 141015 for Regular Cab Long Bed fitment.
• Does NOT fit trucks equipped with Dual Rear Wheels (DRW). Single Rear Wheel (SRW) trucks only.
• Does not fit F-250 or F-350 Super Duty models with the 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel engine - this system is for gasoline V8 engines only.
• Borla True Dual design - two independent 2.75" exhaust paths from a split front section through individual mufflers to dual rear exits.
• Direct bolt-on installation using factory exhaust mounting points. No cutting or welding required.

The Borla 141016 is the S-Type true dual cat-back exhaust for the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty in Crew Cab Short Bed configuration, covering the 6.2L V8 (2017-2022), 7.3L V8 (2020-2026), and 6.8L V8 (2023-2026) gasoline engines. Built around a SwitchFire hydroformed X-Pipe that cross-couples exhaust flow from both cylinder banks with minimal turbulence, and a pair of Polyphonic Harmonizer mufflers that layer multiple exhaust frequencies into a richer, more complex tone, this system transforms the Super Duty's factory exhaust into something that sounds as capable as the truck is.

The S-Type tuning delivers a noticeably deeper, more authoritative exhaust character than the muted OEM system - with enough presence to be heard and appreciated, and enough refinement to remain comfortable on extended highway runs. The 2.75" True Dual piping improves flow capacity throughout, and dual 4.5" bright chrome tips complete the look at the rear. For Dual Rear Wheel trucks, this system does not fit - SRW models only.
