Fitment Notes

• Fits 4-Door Crew Cab with Short Bed (6' 9") at 160" Wheelbase only. Does not fit Regular Cab Long Bed (8', 142" WB), Extended Cab, or any other wheelbase configuration without additional adapter pipes - see Borla PN 141015 series for Regular Cab Long Bed fitment.
• Does NOT fit trucks equipped with Dual Rear Wheels (DRW). Single Rear Wheel (SRW) trucks only.
• Does not fit F-250 or F-350 Super Duty models with the 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel engine - this system is for gasoline V8 engines only.
• Borla True Dual design - two independent 2.75" exhaust paths from a split front section through individual mufflers to dual rear exits.
• High-temperature ceramic black coating is applied over T-304 stainless steel tips. Muffler length on this variant is 11" (one inch longer than the 141016 and 141016BC variants).
• Direct bolt-on installation using factory exhaust mounting points. No cutting or welding required.
• Also available with bright chrome tips (PN 141016) and black chrome tips (PN 141016BC).

Product Description

The Borla 141016BRCB is the S-Type true dual cat-back exhaust for the Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab Short Bed, covering the 6.2L V8 (2017-2022), 7.3L V8 (2020-2026), and 6.8L V8 (2023-2026) gasoline engines, finished with dual 4.5" high-temperature ceramic black tips. The ceramic black coating is the most heat-resistant tip finish in the 141016 family - baked-on ceramic holds its flat black appearance under the sustained thermal cycling of heavy-duty truck exhaust better than conventional painted or plated finishes, making it a practical choice for work trucks and towing applications where tip temperatures run high.

The system itself is identical to the polished PN 141016 and black chrome PN 141016BC in all functional respects: SwitchFire hydroformed X-Pipe, Polyphonic Harmonizer mufflers, 2.75" True Dual piping, and S-Type tuning tuned for the Super Duty's V8 character. Note that this variant features an 11" muffler body versus the 10" body on the other tip options. SRW Crew Cab Short Bed (160" WB) only - DRW trucks are not compatible.
