Product Description

The Borla 140617 Touring Cat-Back Exhaust System is a truck side exit system designed for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 equipped with the 5.0L V8, 3.5L EcoBoost, 2.7L EcoBoost, or 2018-2020 3.3L V6, in Extended Cab/Standard Bed or Crew Cab/Short Bed configurations with a 145" wheelbase. This system features Borla's Touring sound level -- a mellow, refined exhaust note that is slightly louder than stock under acceleration with zero interior drone at cruise. The patented straight-through and multi-core muffler technology increases exhaust velocity for added horsepower while maintaining the smooth, restrained character that defines the Touring line.

Constructed entirely from premium austenitic T-304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, this system delivers superior corrosion resistance and durability over T-400 series alternatives. The 3" intermediate pipe feeds into a streamlined oval muffler that splits to dual 2.25" tailpipes, exiting through dual 4" round rolled angle-cut polished chrome tips behind the passenger-side rear tire. Installation is a complete bolt-on process with no welding required -- all hardware and instructions are included. For Crew Cab/Standard Bed (156.8" WB) trucks, adapter pipe 60556 is required; for Extended Cab/Long Bed (163.7" WB), adapter pipe 60564 is required. Does not fit Raptor models.
