Product Description

The BorgWarner 12769095003 is an AirWerks S200SX-E series super core assembly, commonly known as the S257 SX-E or 57/61 SX-E, purpose-engineered for high-performance gasoline and diesel applications. This super core features a forged milled (billet) compressor wheel with BorgWarner's innovative extended tip technology, delivering the increased airflow capacity of a larger compressor wheel with the lower mass and inertia of a smaller wheel for faster spool-up and improved throttle response. The 57.15mm inducer / 76.2mm exducer compressor wheel paired with the 61mm exducer / 70mm inducer turbine wheel provides approximately 65 lbs/min airflow capacity, supporting 300 to 650 horsepower depending on application and setup. The compressor cover features an integrated speed sensor port and pre-machined boost pressure port for easy data acquisition. Twin hydrodynamic journal bearings and a 360-degree thrust bearing ensure reliable operation at higher turbo pressure ratios. The super core assembly includes all cartridge to turbine housing mounting hardware, clamp plates, cap screws, and gaskets. Turbine housing must be purchased separately and is interchangeable with existing S200 series housings in various A/R ratios including T3 open, T3 divided, T4 open, and T4 divided configurations. Note that the bearing housing is oil-cooled only and is not water-cooled. Oil inlet is 1/4" NPT and oil drain uses standard T3-T4 pattern with M8x1.25 threads.
