Product Description

The BMR Suspension SP096R is a complete set of four performance lowering springs for the 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird 3rd generation F-body platform. The SP096 lowers the vehicle 1.25 inches front and rear with a 620 lb/in front spring rate and 160 lb/in rear spring rate, delivering a noticeable improvement in handling and body control while maintaining a comfortable street ride. All four springs are CNC cold wound from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire with real-time diameter adjustment to guarantee side-to-side consistency. Each spring is compressed solid twice at the factory for a permanent set backed by BMR's lifetime warranty against sag, stress-relieved at 750°F, shot-peened, and computer tested for accurate height and rate.
