Product Description

The BMR CAB002R Control Arm Relocation Brackets are engineered to improve rear suspension geometry on 1982-2002 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird (F-Body) models. When these vehicles are lowered from stock height, factory lower control arm mounts can create an unfavorable angle that negatively affects traction and can contribute to wheel hop. These bolt-on relocation brackets reposition the lower control arm mounting location - lowering it up to about 3" - to restore proper control arm angles and enhance anti-squat behavior.

Constructed from heavy-duty 3/16" laser-cut, CNC-formed steel plate and finished in a durable red powder coat, the CAB002R brackets provide strength and durability suitable for street, drag, or road race performance applications. Installation is straightforward and typically takes around 2-3 hours using common hand tools, without the need for welding or custom fabrication. These brackets are ideal for F-Body enthusiasts who want improved traction, more consistent launches, and better rear suspension geometry after lowering their vehicle's ride height.
