Product Description

The BMR SP028R Front 1" Lowering Springs are a direct-fit upgrade designed for 1979-2004 Ford Mustang models, including Fox Body and early SN95 variants. These front springs lower the nose of the vehicle by approximately 1", reducing the front ride height to improve handling dynamics, reduce body roll, and achieve an aggressive street stance without drastically impacting daily usability.

Constructed from high-tensile chrome silicon steel and finished with a protective red powder-coat, the SP028R springs feature a ~525 lb/in rate suited for street performance. The springs are cold wound and stress-relieved for strength and longevity, and their shot-peened surface helps resist fatigue over time. Installation is a direct replacement for stock front springs and typically takes a few hours with basic tools. Ideal for Mustang owners looking to improve aesthetics and handling while maintaining a balanced ride quality.
