Product Description

The BMR SP030R is a complete 4-spring lowering kit engineered for all 1967-1972 GM A-Body vehicles, including the Chevelle, Malibu, El Camino, Monte Carlo, Buick Skylark, Grand Sport, Oldsmobile Cutlass, 442, F-85, Pontiac GTO, LeMans, and Tempest. It drops the ride height 1 inch front and rear, giving these classic muscle cars a more aggressive, planted stance while meaningfully improving handling through higher-rate springs that reduce body roll and keep the chassis flatter in corners. The 521 lb/in front and 200 lb/in rear spring rates are specifically calibrated for street performance use - firm enough for responsive handling, but compliant enough for regular road driving.

Every spring in this kit is manufactured from chrome silicon high-tensile wire, cold-wound on a CNC coiling machine, stress-relieved at 750°F, and shot-peened to eliminate surface stresses - then individually computer-tested for accurate rate and height before leaving the factory.
