Fitment Notes

• Fits all 2015-2026 Ford Mustang models across both the S550 and S650 generations. The K-member mounting geometry is shared between these generations, allowing a single brace design to cover both platforms.
• 100% bolt-on installation using factory K-member mounting points. No cutting, welding, or fabrication required.
• Compatible with the factory OE K-member. BMR does not warranty fitment with aftermarket K-members from other manufacturers.
• The black Hammertone powder coat version is available as BMR PN CB763H.

Features

• Front-of-K-member brace design bolts to the front of the factory K-member and ties the front mounting points together, adding rigidity to the area of the K-member that experiences the highest stress concentrations during hard braking, lateral loading, and cornering - where the K-member's front legs meet the chassis rails.
• Reduces K-member deflection - the factory S550/S650 K-member is strong but can flex measurably under extreme driving conditions, introducing small changes in front suspension geometry and steering alignment that accumulate into imprecise front end behavior. The CB763 brace stiffens this area, keeping the K-member and front suspension geometry more consistent under load.
• Improves steering stability - with reduced K-member flex, steering inputs are transmitted more precisely to the front wheels without the energy absorption that factory-level chassis compliance introduces in hard driving conditions.
• Manufactured from 1.25" x 0.65" Chromoly steel tubing - 4130 Chromoly's superior strength-to-weight ratio allows BMR to build a rigid brace that is substantially lighter than equivalent mild steel construction, keeping unsprung weight gains minimal.
• Utilizes factory K-member mounting points for a precise, repeatable fit that requires no modification to the factory structure.

Product Description

The BMR CB763R is a front-of-K-member chassis brace for the 2015-2026 Ford Mustang, covering both the S550 and S650 generations, finished in red powder coat. Manufactured from 1.25" x 0.65" Chromoly steel tubing and bolting to the factory K-member's front mounting points, the CB763 adds rigidity to the area of the K-member most exposed to stress under hard braking and extreme lateral loading - tightening up the front end's response and reducing the deflection that causes gradual front alignment changes and imprecise steering feel during aggressive driving.

Installation is 100% bolt-on with no cutting, welding, or fabrication required, and all Grade 8 hardware is included. Compatible with all S550 and S650 Mustang engines and trims. Black Hammertone version available as BMR PN CB763H. Designed and made in the USA.
