Product Description

The BMR BK039R is a rear upper control arm Delrin bushing kit for the 2010-2015 Chevy Camaro and 2008-2009 Pontiac G8. The factory rear upper A-arm uses a bearing at the front pivot and a large rubber bushing at the rear -- that rubber bushing is the primary source of unwanted spindle movement, which bleeds power to the tires, causes inconsistent braking behavior, and contributes to wheelhop under acceleration. BMR eliminates this entirely by replacing the factory outer bushing and its saddle assembly with CNC-machined Delrin bushings and a fully TIG-welded steel saddle, removing deflection without adding harshness or noise.

The Delrin bushings are internally fluted with grease passages fed by an external fitting, ensuring consistent lubrication across the bushing thrust surface for long service life. 7075 aluminum sleeves complete the assembly. This kit replaces the outer bushing and saddle only -- the inner upper control arm bushing is a separate component covered by BMR BK017. Available in black hammertone (BK039H). No drilling required.
