Vehicle Fitment

  • 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro - All Trims (LS, LT, SS, ZL1, Z/28, RWD)

Fitment Notes

  • Does not fit 2016+ Camaro (6th Gen) - the 6th-generation Camaro uses a different chassis (Alpha platform variant) with different suspension geometry and bushing locations
  • The BK008 steering rack bushing (included in sub-kit BK022) cannot be installed on Camaro trims equipped with Electric Power Steering (EPS) - the BK022 front suspension bushing sub-kit is still usable on EPS vehicles, but the BK008 bushing must not be installed
  • Verify whether your specific Camaro trim uses hydraulic or electric power steering before installation - contact BMR Suspension if unsure
  • This is the Pro Version (BK031) - it goes further than the standard BK023 kit by including full rear cradle bushings (BK030) and higher-durometer differential bushings for greater cradle movement reduction
  • No cutting or drilling required - direct bolt-in installation at all bushing locations
  • Estimated installation time: 7-10 hours, varying by stock bushing removal technique
  • Made in the USA

Features

  • 95-durometer polyurethane construction - dramatically reduces suspension deflection compared to OEM soft rubber bushings without introducing excessive NVH for street use
  • Covers every major front and rear bushing location in a single kit - front lower control arms, front radius rods, steering rack mount, rear trailing arms, rear differential, and full rear cradle
  • Pro Version rear cradle bushings (BK030) - includes higher-durometer differential bushings and full cradle bushing coverage to further reduce rear cradle movement compared to the standard BK023 kit
  • Zinc-coated inner sleeves - resist corrosion and binding in the undercar environment where road salt, moisture, and petroleum exposure are constant
  • Reduces wheel hop under hard acceleration caused by excessive OEM bushing deflection
  • Improves cornering consistency and straight-line traction by maintaining proper suspension geometry under load
  • Each bushing manufactured to strict tolerances using exact BMR-designed molds for precise fitment
  • Polyurethane is unaffected by petroleum products, road salt, ozone, and other harsh undercar elements - far more durable than OEM rubber
  • 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

Product Description

The BMR Suspension BK031 is the Pro Version Total Suspension Bushing Kit for the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro (5th Gen), combining three individual BMR bushing sub-kits - BK030, BK021, and BK022 - into a single comprehensive package that replaces every major OEM rubber bushing in the front and rear suspension with 95-durometer polyurethane. The factory rubber bushings on these Camaros are soft by design, prioritizing ride comfort at the expense of suspension response. Under aggressive driving - whether at the drag strip, on a road course, or on a spirited street run - this softness translates into measurable bushing deflection, which shifts alignment geometry mid-corner, promotes wheel hop under launch, and makes the suspension feel imprecise and inconsistent. BMR's polyurethane units eliminate that deflection at every link in the suspension chain.

What separates the BK031 Pro Version from BMR's standard BK023 kit is the inclusion of the BK030 Pro Rear Cradle Bushing Kit, which features full rear cradle bushing coverage and higher-durometer differential bushings that further reduce rear cradle movement. This additional control over rear cradle positioning is particularly beneficial on hard-launching drag applications and high-load road course scenarios, where cradle shift can upset rear suspension geometry and introduce unpredictable handling behavior. Each bushing is manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances using molds designed specifically by BMR, ensuring a direct bolt-in fit with no drilling, cutting, or modification required.

One important installation note: the BK008 steering rack bushing included in the BK022 front suspension sub-kit cannot be installed on Camaro trims equipped with Electric Power Steering (EPS). The remainder of the BK022 kit is fully compatible with EPS vehicles - only the BK008 steering rack bushing must be set aside. Verify whether your specific Camaro uses hydraulic or electric power steering before beginning installation. The full kit is available in a red and black color combination with zinc-coated inner sleeves, and BMR backs it with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Estimated installation time is 7-10 hours depending on the bushing removal method used.
