Product Description

The BMC FB01022 is a direct-fit cylindrical air filter kit for McLaren's M840T 4.0L twin-turbo V8 platform, covering the 720S, 720S Spider, 750S, 750S Spider, 765LT, 765LT Spider, Elva, GT, Senna, and Speedtail. The kit includes two filter elements -- one per side -- replacing both OEM paper elements in the factory twin airbox system with no modifications required.

BMC's multi-layer oiled cotton gauze construction captures particles down to 7 microns, finer than the approximately 10-micron threshold of typical OEM paper filters, while maintaining strong airflow and reduced intake restriction. Filters are built using BMC's Full Moulding process -- a single-mould construction with no welded joints -- and feature an epoxy-coated alloy mesh to resist fuel vapor and humidity-driven oxidation. Pre-oiled at the factory and ready to install, these filters are washable and reusable using the BMC WA250-500 regeneration kit (sold separately). Backed by BMC's 2-year limited warranty.
