Product Description

The BMC FB901/20 is a full-kit dual panel air filter set engineered for Jaguar F-Pace, XE, XF, and Land Rover Range Rover Velar models equipped with V6 or V8 engines requiring dual airbox filters. Each kit contains two filters, one for each intake housing on these multi-cylinder configurations. As a direct drop-in replacement for the OEM paper element, the FB901/20 installs in the factory airbox without any modification and replaces OEM Jaguar part numbers GX739601AA, GX739601BA, T4A6123, T4A6124, and Land Rover LR092246 / LR092258. BMC manufactures each filter using their Full Moulding process -- the red rubber frame and filtration media are formed from a single mould with no welded joints, eliminating the weak points where conventional filter frames fail over time. The multi-layer oiled cotton gauze filters particles down to 7 microns, which is finer than the 10-micron threshold typical of OEM paper filters, while simultaneously producing less than half the pressure drop of paper -- allowing more airflow into the engine without compromising filtration efficiency. An epoxy-coated alloy mesh outer layer protects the cotton media from petrol fumes and humidity-induced oxidization. The filters are pre-oiled from the factory and are ready to install. Unlike OEM paper filters, the FB901/20 is washable and reusable with BMC's regeneration kit (sold separately), and is designed to last the life of the vehicle without replacement.
