Fitment Notes

• Compatible with both internal wastegate actuators and external wastegates. The MBC installs inline between the boost source (intake manifold, intercooler piping, or compressor outlet) and the wastegate port or actuator.
• All necessary plumbing hardware is included. No additional fittings or vacuum hose are required for a standard installation.
• 100% mechanical - no wiring, ECU integration, or external power source required.
• Not legal for use on public roads in California (not CARB compliant). Intended for off-road/competition use where applicable.
• A boost gauge is strongly recommended when using any manual boost controller to monitor actual boost pressure during and after adjustment.

• BLOX Racing manual boost controller - a fully mechanical inline boost controller constructed from billet aluminum and stainless steel components with a black anodized finish. Works by restricting the pressure signal reaching the wastegate actuator, causing the wastegate to open later and allowing the turbocharger to build higher boost pressure than the wastegate spring rating alone would permit.
• Billet aluminum and stainless steel construction - more durable and corrosion-resistant than plastic-bodied boost controllers, and anodized for long-term appearance and surface protection.
• Ceramic ball valve - a lightweight ceramic ball provides a more sensitive and faster-reacting pressure response compared to steel ball designs, contributing to finer, more consistent boost pressure adjustability across the adjustment range.
• Anti-slip boost dial - the adjustment dial is designed to hold its set position under boost conditions, preventing unintended over-boost from vibration or thermal cycling.
• Three-spring system: one spring pre-installed plus two additional springs included (light duty and heavy duty). The light spring provides finer control and is suited to lower boost applications; the heavy-duty spring is suited to high-boost applications where greater resistance is needed. Swapping springs changes the effective adjustment range and resolution of the controller.

Product Description

The BLOX Racing BXAC-00600-BK is a universal manual boost controller for any turbocharged vehicle with an internal or external wastegate. It installs inline between the boost source and the wastegate port or actuator, restricting the pressure signal to the wastegate and allowing higher boost to be achieved beyond the wastegate spring's base rating. The adjustment dial holds its set position reliably without drifting under boost, and the ceramic ball valve provides a sensitive, consistent response that allows fine pressure adjustment.

Three springs are included - one pre-installed with a light and heavy-duty spare - giving the user flexibility to match the controller's adjustment range and feel to their specific boost requirements. Billet aluminum and stainless steel construction throughout. All installation hardware is included: vacuum hose, T-fitting, barb fitting, mounting U-clamp, rubber vacuum plugs, and zip ties.
