Fitment Notes

• Rigid aluminum bushings eliminate compliance at the steering rack mounts and increase NVH transmission compared to OEM rubber - this is an intended trade-off for improved steering response on performance and track-use vehicles. Not recommended as a comfort upgrade for daily drivers sensitive to road noise.

The BLOX Racing BXSS-20614-BK is a steering rack rigid bushing kit for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000 (AP1 F20C1 and AP2 F22C1), replacing all eight factory rubber steering rack mounts with CNC-machined billet AL6061 aluminum bushings in black anodized finish. The OEM rubber mounts introduce a small amount of compliance at the rack-to-subframe interface that softens and slightly delays steering response - a deliberate comfort trade-off for a production vehicle. The rigid aluminum replacements eliminate this compliance, providing a more direct and immediate connection between the steering rack and chassis for noticeably sharper turn-in and more precise feedback through the steering wheel.

The kit includes all four small and four large bushing sizes needed to complete the installation at all rack mounting points.
