Fitment Notes

• Replaces the OEM brake booster and master cylinder mounting location on the firewall. Allows fitment of a compact aftermarket brake master cylinder directly to the firewall without a brake booster.
• Compatible with the BLOX Racing brake master cylinder (BXFL-10012), as well as compact aftermarket units such as Wilwood and Tilton. Master cylinder is not included - sold separately.
• Intended for race, track, and engine-bay build applications where the OEM brake booster is being removed. Eliminating the brake booster removes vacuum-assisted braking - pedal effort will increase significantly. Installation by a qualified brake system specialist is strongly recommended.
• Stainless steel mounting hardware is included. No additional hardware required for plate installation.

Product Description

The BLOX Racing BXFL-10002-BK is a black anodized billet AL6061 aluminum brake booster eliminator plate for the 1988-2000 Honda Civic, 1990-1997 Honda Del Sol, and 1994-2001 Acura Integra. It mounts to the firewall in place of the OEM brake booster and master cylinder assembly, filling the opening cleanly while providing a mounting surface for a compact aftermarket master cylinder such as the BLOX Racing BXFL-10012, Wilwood, or Tilton unit.

The Elimi-Plate is used in two primary contexts: engine bay build aesthetics, where removing the brake booster and tucking the brake lines behind the firewall creates a cleaner underhood appearance; and race or track builds, where eliminating the brake booster and associated components reduces weight and simplifies the brake system. Flush-mounted bolt holes keep the surface profile clean, and stainless steel hardware is included. Removing the brake booster eliminates vacuum-assisted braking and substantially increases pedal effort - installation should be performed by a qualified brake system professional. Master cylinder is not included.
