Product Description

The BLOX Racing BXSS-20603 is a front subframe hard collar kit for 2002-2011 Honda Civic (EP3/FD/FG), 2002-2006 Acura RSX (DC5), and 2007-2008 Honda Fit. The factory subframe uses rubber bushings at the mounting points, which allow the subframe to shift slightly under load - negatively affecting suspension geometry, alignment consistency, and steering feel. These CNC-machined billet aluminum hard collars replace the factory compliance and lock the subframe in a fixed, precise position, eliminating unwanted movement and providing an immediate improvement in chassis rigidity and suspension response.

Installation requires dropping the front subframe for access, but no permanent modifications to the chassis are necessary. The collars drop into the existing mounting points as a direct fit. Four collars are included (FD1-FD4) and placement varies slightly by chassis - refer to the BLOX Racing installation guide on their website for the correct orientation for your specific vehicle. An alignment is recommended after installation.
