Fitment Notes

• This is the Heavy Load version - specifically engineered for vehicles carrying 150-200 lbs of additional front weight (aftermarket bumper, winch, skid plates, or similar accessories). For stock-weight vehicles, see the standard 6112 kit.
• Adjustable lift range: approximately 1.5"-3.2" depending on spring seat position and vehicle load.
• Does not provide a factory/stock-height option - minimum lift is approximately 1.5" with the lowest snap-ring setting.
• This is a front-only kit. Reuses OEM top mount and rubber spring isolators - not included.
• Coil springs and shocks are not pre-assembled - a coil spring compressor is required for installation.
• Rear shocks are sold separately and do not provide rear lift on their own.
• Does not fit 5th-generation 4Runner (2003-2009) or 3rd-generation 4Runner (1996-2002).

Product Description

The Bilstein 47-311039 is the B8 6112 Heavy Load front coilover kit designed for the 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner, 2010-2014 FJ Cruiser, and 2010-2023 Lexus GX460. Unlike the standard 6112 kit, this version uses a stiffer 700 lb/in cold-wound spring specifically calibrated to support 150-200 lbs of additional front weight from aftermarket bumpers, winches, skid plates, or other accessories - preventing the front end from sagging under that added load while still delivering 1.5"-3.2" of adjustable front lift via the snap-ring grooved shock body.

The 60mm monotube design with digressive piston valving provides consistent, fade-free damping performance on pavement and off-road alike, significantly improving over the factory suspension in both ride comfort and trail capability. This kit does not include a stock-height setting - minimum lift with the lowest snap-ring position is approximately 1.5". Reuses the OEM top mount and rubber spring isolators for a clean bolt-in install. A coil spring compressor is required for assembly. Made in the USA and backed by Bilstein's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
