Product Description

The Bilstein 31-246200 is a B6 Performance DampTronic front left strut assembly engineered for the 2015-2018 BMW M3 (F80) and 2015-2020 BMW M4 (F82/F83), including the M4 CS. The DampTronic designation means this strut is specifically designed to interface with the factory Electronic Damping Control system -- all EDC modes, comfort/sport switching, and factory controls are fully retained after installation. The 36mm monotube gas-pressure design delivers improved damping performance over the OE unit with application-specific valve settings tuned to the F8x M platform's weight and suspension geometry.

Installation is a direct bolt-on using OE mounting points with the factory spring. This strut is sold individually; the matching front right is Bilstein 31-246217. Backed by Bilstein's lifetime limited warranty for the original purchaser and manufactured in Germany to Bilstein's OE-grade standards.
