The Bilstein 24-187442 B6 4600 front shock absorber is engineered as a direct OE replacement for worn or failed front shocks on stock-height Ford F-150 2WD pickups from 1997 through 2003, as well as the 2004 F-150 Heritage and 1999-2004 F-150 Lightning models. Its high-pressure monotube gas design with a digressive piston provides responsive damping, enhanced handling, and improved ride comfort over many factory shock absorbers.
