The Bilstein 24-186674 is a B6 4600 Series front shock absorber designed as a direct-fit OE upgrade for 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. It also fits the F-450 Super Duty through 2014 and the F-550 Super Duty through 2012, all in 4WD configuration. Built around Bilstein's proven 46mm monotube design, this shock uses a high-pressure nitrogen gas charge to prevent oil foaming and maintain consistent damping performance under heavy loads and sustained use.
