Product Description

The Bilstein 24-144780 is a B6 Performance rear shock absorber engineered specifically for RWD variants of the 2005-2010 Chrysler 300, 2006-2010 Dodge Charger, 2008-2010 Dodge Challenger, and 2005-2008 Dodge Magnum riding on the LX platform. As a performance upgrade over factory dampers, the B6 uses a 46mm monotube gas pressure design with application-specific valve settings and Bilstein's velocity-sensitive digressive piston to deliver sharper handling response, improved stability, and better traction without sacrificing ride quality. Each unit is individually fine-tuned on the road and tested to meet or exceed OE standards before leaving the factory.

The 24-144780 is designed to be used with the OE factory spring and installs as a direct bolt-on replacement. Vehicles equipped with self-leveling (Nivomat) suspension will experience an approximate 10mm reduction in rear ride height when this shock is installed. AWD variants are not compatible.
