The Bilstein 24-060349 is a B6 Performance rear shock absorber engineered for the AWD variants of the 2000-2006 Audi TT Quattro (Coupe and Roadster) and the 2004 Volkswagen Golf R32. Using Bilstein's 46mm monotube gas-pressure technology, this shock delivers noticeably improved cornering stability, reduced body roll, and sharper road feedback compared to worn or stock OEM dampers - all at stock ride height without requiring a spring change.

This is the B6 Performance variant designed for standard chassis and OE springs. Drivers who have installed aftermarket lowering springs should instead use the B8 Performance Plus rear shock (24-060356) for proper spring preload and geometry. This shock is a direct OEM cross-reference replacement, sold as a single unit - two are required per vehicle.
