The Bilstein 24-011396 B6 4600 Series front shock is a direct, high-quality upgrade designed for Toyota Pickup 4WD models from 1986 through 1995 and early Toyota 4Runner vehicles from 1986 through 1989. Built with a monotube gas pressure design and a large 46 mm piston with velocity-sensitive valving, this shock delivers more consistent damping response, improved handling, and enhanced ride comfort compared to standard OEM shocks. Its robust construction is well suited to daily driving, heavier loads, towing, and light off-road use.

This B6 4600 shock installs directly into the original front suspension mounts using the factory stem and eyelet connection, requiring no modifications.
