The Bilstein 19-100180 is a B4 OE Replacement rear shock absorber for 2002-2006 Dodge and Freightliner T1N Sprinter 2500 and 3500 vans equipped with dual rear wheels and the heavy duty or off-road suspension package. This is the correct specification shock for the heavier-rated rear suspension configuration found on DRW Sprinters - the standard single rear wheel Sprinter uses a different shock absorber and they are not interchangeable. Verify your rear wheel configuration and suspension option before ordering.
