The Bilstein 53-297839 B12 (Special) rear coil spring set is engineered specifically for the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 platform, delivering a modest rear lift and improved load stability. Designed to provide approximately 1.0" to 1.5" of rear lift, these springs enhance ground clearance and restore proper ride height when carrying cargo or towing.

Built with a progressive spring rate and shot-peened construction, these springs offer a balance between ride comfort and performance. The durable powder-coated finish protects against corrosion, while hydraulic presetting minimizes long-term sag. For optimal performance, Bilstein recommends pairing these springs with compatible shocks such as the 5100 or 5160 series.

Fitment is confirmed for 2019-2024 Ram 1500 models (new body style, DT platform) in both RWD and 4WD configurations. These springs do not fit Classic (2009-2018 body style), models equipped with factory air suspension, or trucks with the factory Off-Road package. Fitment confirmed through 2024. 2025 coverage unconfirmed at time of listing.
