Product Description

The Bilstein 24-185752 B8 5100 rear shock absorber is engineered as a performance-oriented upgrade for lifted Toyota Pickup and 4Runner vehicles from the mid-1980s through the mid-1990s. Featuring Bilstein's monotube gas-charged construction and a velocity-sensitive digressive piston, this shock delivers consistent damping performance and improved handling over stock shocks, especially when suspension lift increases travel and tire demands. The zinc plated finish and included protective boot enhance durability for rugged use.

Designed for approximately 3-4" of rear lift, the 24-185752 installs directly into existing rear shock mounts without modification and helps restore ride quality, control, and stability on- and off-road. Sold individually, it's recommended to install two shocks (left and right) for balanced rear suspension performance.
