The Bilstein 24-060813 B6 4600 Front Shock Absorber is a heavy-duty performance shock engineered as a direct-fit replacement for the front suspension of a wide range of full-size Chevrolet and GMC trucks and SUVs with stock ride height. Built with a gas-pressurized monotube design and a velocity-sensitive digressive piston, this shock delivers improved damping control, handling, and ride quality compared to many original equipment units, particularly under load, during towing, or while navigating uneven road surfaces.

This shock fits applications including Silverado 1500 HD / 2500 / 2500HD / 3500, Sierra 1500 HD / 2500 / 2500HD / 3500, Suburban 2500, Yukon XL 2500, Tahoe, Yukon, and Avalanche 2500 in compatible model years. Its durable corrosion-resistant finish and included protective boot help extend service life by protecting the shock shaft from dirt and debris.
