Product Description

The Bilstein 24-302074 B6 4600 is a stock-height, front monotube shock engineered specifically for 2019-2025 Ram 2500 4WD trucks with the 6.4L HEMI or 6.7L Cummins. Its 46 mm digressive piston and high gas pressure deliver precise control, flatter handling, and improved stability compared to tired factory dampers--on pavement, while towing, or on rough roads.

This OE-upgrade damper bolts directly to factory mounts and is tuned for the RAM HD front axle. The durable yellow body and blue boot resist corrosion and debris, while the hard-chrome rod and quality seals provide long service life. For best results, pair with matching rear B6 4600 shocks on compatible models. Fitment confirmed through 2025.
