The Bilstein 24-302302 B6 4600 Rear Shock is a performance-tuned replacement shock absorber engineered for the rear suspension of 2019 through 2025 Ram 3500 4WD heavy-duty trucks equipped with factory rear air leveling suspension. Built with a monotube gas-pressurized design and a velocity-sensitive digressive piston, this shock offers improved damping control, ride stability, and handling performance under heavy loads, towing, and varying road surfaces compared to stock shocks.

Installation is straightforward, with bolt-on fitment into the original rear shock mounting points and no modifications required.
