The Bilstein 24-268219 is a rear B6 4600 monotube shock absorber designed as a direct-fit performance upgrade for 2017-2024 Nissan Titan RWD trucks at stock ride height. Compared to the factory shock, the B6 4600 delivers noticeably improved handling stability, reduced body roll, and a more controlled ride - whether hauling, towing, or driving daily. The 46mm single-tube gas-pressure design with nitrogen charge prevents foaming and maintains consistent damping performance even under heavy load or sustained highway use.

Installation is straightforward, using all OE mounting points and hardware with no spring replacement needed. For a complete rear axle upgrade, install as a matched pair. This shock fits all standard Titan RWD trim levels - S, SV, SL, PRO-4X, and Platinum Reserve - but does not fit 4WD models or the Titan XD platform, which require different part numbers.
