The Bilstein 24-197083 is a B6 Performance rear shock absorber for the 2011-2018 Porsche Cayenne (92A/958) and 2011-2017 Volkswagen Touareg (7P) equipped with coil spring rear suspension. Built with Bilstein's proven 46mm monotube design and gas-pressure technology, the B6 Performance delivers upgraded damping over the factory shock for improved handling, tighter body control, and enhanced lane-change stability. Vehicle-specific valve settings are individually tuned during Bilstein's road testing to optimize performance for each application. The B6 Performance is designed to work with OE factory springs, making it a direct bolt-on upgrade with no additional modifications. Not compatible with vehicles equipped with PASM electronic suspension or air suspension. Sold individually -- two required for a complete rear pair. Backed by Bilstein's lifetime limited warranty.
