• Does NOT fit Police Package-equipped Tahoe or Yukon models.

• This part fits standard-wheelbase Tahoe and Yukon only - does not fit Suburban, Yukon XL, Avalanche, or Escalade (those use different part numbers).

Product Description

The Bilstein 24-186933 is a B6 4600 series rear shock absorber engineered for the 2007-2014 Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon with standard passive rear suspension. Using Bilstein's 46mm monotube gas-pressure technology with velocity-sensitive digressive valving, this shock delivers consistent, fade-free rear damping that noticeably outperforms worn or stock OEM units - improving rear stability, reducing body roll during cornering, and delivering a more controlled ride under towing and daily driving conditions.

This part is for standard-wheelbase Tahoe and Yukon models only with conventional (non-electronic) suspension. Verify your suspension type using your vehicle's RPO code sticker - Z55 indicates AutoRide and this part will not fit. Models with Magnetic Ride Control, Air Leveling, or the Police Package also require different shock absorbers. This shock is sold as a single unit - two are required for a complete rear shock replacement.
