Product Description

The Bilstein 25-352016 B8 8100 Black Hawk Rear Right Shock Absorber is the passenger-side component of the most advanced direct-fit rear shock system available for the 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra. It is the direct counterpart to Bilstein part number 25-332315 (Rear Left / Driver Side) - together, they form a complete rear axle upgrade for the 3rd generation Tundra. Featuring Bilstein's exclusive ZoneControl® position-sensitive damping technology and 3-way external adjustability, this shock delivers race-derived suspension performance in a complete bolt-on direct-fit package that accommodates every 3rd-gen Tundra trim running coil or air-free rear suspension, across both 4WD and RWD configurations from 2022 through 2026.

ZoneControl® is Bilstein's most sophisticated position-sensitive damping system, using a triple-stage compression valve architecture and dual-stage rebound system that automatically adjust based on where the shock is in its stroke. The result is a shock that is intentionally compliant over small surface inputs, progressively stiffer through mid-stroke for body motion control, and extremely firm at the end of travel to prevent harsh bottom-out - all happening seamlessly and passively. Stacked on top of this intelligent base behavior are three external click adjusters: high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and an internal hydraulic bump stop (JCO), each independently tunable from the outside without removing the shock. The 60mm hard anodized aluminum billet body and finned remote reservoir provide the oil volume and thermal capacity needed to sustain this level of performance through repeated hard hits and long off-road sessions alike.

Installation uses factory mounting hardware at OEM shock locations, and the included reservoir hardware kit provides all necessary washers, bushings, and nuts. This shock is sold as a single right (passenger) side unit - pair it with Bilstein 25-332315 to complete the rear axle upgrade. Tundras being lifted 2 inches or more at the front should confirm the presence of red or silver CV axles to prevent dislodging at full droop, and when combined with the matching B8 8112 Black Hawk front coilovers, an aftermarket upper control arm is required. This shock does not fit Tundra models equipped with the Advance Package rear air suspension. Bilstein backs the 25-352016 with a 2-Year Limited Warranty.
