The Bilstein 24-187459 B6 4600 rear shock absorber is a performance-tuned gas pressure monotube shock engineered as a direct replacement for worn or stock rear shocks on select Ford F-150 2WD pickups (1997-2003), F-150 Lightning 2WD (1999-2003), and 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage models. Its velocity-sensitive digressive piston valving and 46 mm monotube design deliver improved damping control, enhanced ride comfort, and better handling over many original equipment shocks, especially under load or during towing.

Finished with a corrosion-resistant yellow coating and equipped with a blue protective boot, this Bilstein shock installs as a direct bolt-on replacement using existing mounts and hardware.
