Product Description

The Bilstein 24-320221 B8 TerraSport is a direct-fit rear shock absorber engineered specifically for the 2013-2017 Subaru Crosstrek (sold as XV Crosstrek in 2013-2015). It delivers 1.5 inches of rear lift by incorporating extra length into the shock body itself - between the spring seat and lower mounting point - so no spacers, spring swaps, or lift kit components are needed. Factory coil springs and OEM mounting hardware are retained, making installation straightforward for both DIY and professional installers.

The B8 TerraSport uses the same 46mm monotube monotube technology found in Bilstein's B8 5100 truck line, with nitrogen gas charging and digressive valving tuned specifically for the Crosstrek's weight and suspension geometry. The result is improved ground clearance and approach/departure angles for backcountry roads, gravel, and snow, without giving up the composed, comfortable ride quality Crosstrek owners expect on daily commutes. This is sold as a single unit - two are required per vehicle. Front strut part numbers 22-320209 (left) and 22-320216 (right) complete the full TerraSport system.
