The Bilstein 22-226648 is a B6 (4600) heavy duty front strut assembly for 2002-2006 Dodge and Freightliner Sprinter 2500/3500 T1N vans. Featuring Bilstein's monotube gas-pressure design with a velocity-sensitive digressive piston, this strut provides consistent fade-free damping that adapts to changing road conditions for improved handling, stability, and ride comfort over factory struts.

Tuned specifically for the Sprinter T1N platform at stock ride height, this strut uses OEM springs and mounting hardware. Factory shock mounting bolts are reused for installation -- mounting plates are sold separately. Sold individually. Covered by Bilstein's limited lifetime warranty.
