Product Description

The BD Diesel 1041221 Billet Flexplate is engineered to withstand the high torque demands of modified 6.7L Cummins engines equipped with the 68RFE transmission. Designed to handle up to 2,000 lb-ft of torque, and up to 3,500 lb-ft with the addition of the BD Slip Eliminator shim kit, this flexplate is ideal for racing, towing, or high-performance applications.

Constructed from forged billet steel and precision-balanced, the BD FleX-Plate features a black oxide coating that resists corrosion and prevents hydrogen embrittlement - a common issue with zinc-plated components. The design allows for axial thrust, unlike solid flywheel conversions, and is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket torque converters.

This direct, bolt-in replacement for the stock flexplate is backed by a 36-month or 150,000-mile warranty, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability. Installation typically takes approximately 7 hours, making it a practical upgrade for enthusiasts seeking enhanced durability and performance.
