BD Diesel's 1041454 exhaust manifold kit replaces both factory manifolds on 2014-2024 Ram 2500-5500 trucks with the 6.4L HEMI, addressing the bolt failures common to the stock design. Extended fasteners and spacers are built to withstand thermal expansion that loosens factory hardware over time.

Independent heat shield mounting locations keep the shield separate from the structural bolts, further improving long-term reliability. Constructed from high-silicon ductile iron for resistance to warping, this kit is a solid preventative upgrade for HEMI-powered Ram HD trucks, especially when paired with other engine work.
